This year’s application campaign for Rookie of the Year, a subcategory of the Austrian design award Caesar, was designed to engage a young creative audience. The campaign features bold neon pink visuals, a strong typographic focus, and punchy phrases that resonate with a young generation. To amplify its impact, the concept extends into guerrilla marketing by placing stickers on mirrors and inside restrooms, turning unexpected spaces into eye-catching touchpoints.
